Hi! My name is Alicia Parker . . .

Tell me about your experience as an agent:

I’ve been selling homes in Orange County for over 30 years. In 1987, I founded Hacienda Realty as the first all-bilingual realty company in Orange County. We’ve sold more than 700 homes valued at over 350 million dollars.

What areas do you serve?

I specialize in central Orange County, primarily in Santa Ana . . . Anaheim . . . Garden Grove . . . Orange . . . and Tustin.

Addressing buyers’ questions

How will I know if now is the best time to buy?

The most common question that buyers ask is: “when is the best to time to buy?” In 2006, I was quoted in the headline of the Orange County Register warning that it was not a good time to buy. But now, it is a great time to buy! Home values usually go up in the long run. So, the best time to buy is when you are ready.

What separates you from your competition?

Buying a home is a major investment . . . and first-time homebuyers need all the help and support they can get. Even after a purchase or sale, I maintain contact with my clients. I am always available to answer questions and provide my help.

What resources will you use to sell my house?

Having established a large client referral base over the past 30 years, I will never have a shortage of buyers for your home. My use of technology through my websites, social media, and Google ads ensures that I am able to capture targeted buyers for your home.
